Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common disorders in schools. The aim of this study was to analyse studies on the topic and the
impact of physical education on students with ADHD. The research team conducted a systematic review using the PRISMA method. The results showed that most
of the research was carried out in centers in Spain, the USA, Canada and China. The interventions, which included different types of Physical Education activities,
showed positive effects on improving the symptoms of people diagnosed with ADHD, as well as their physical condition, body image self-perception and motivation
to engage in physical activity. However, there are barriers to achieving educational inclusion in heterogeneous groups: in teacher training and in the organization of
resources, which proved to be key factors.
