The potential of physical activity and sport in children and adolescents is a highly studied subject, but it is necessary to dedicate efforts to analyze the situation in attention to diversity. In this literature review work, 24 scientific articles published in the last decade are analyzed following the PRISMA method. This analysis allows knowing the identifying, methodological and content variables and concluding that all the interventions carried out produced different types of benefits: physical, emotional, cognitive, social, health and also values. The analysis of the results will be key in the design of future interventions based on scientific evidence. Thus, there were also benefits in attitudes towards the inclusion of ordinary students, since we must not forget that Physical Education is a subject with its own entity and that everyone has the right to be, participate and learn
