Perfil fisiológico del judoka. Una revisión. (Phisiological profile of judokas. A review).

El judo en su aspecto competitivo requiere una elevada preparacion tecnica, tactica, fisica y psicologica, ya que cada uno de estos aspectos es imprescindible para soportar las altas cargas de entrenamiento y competicion llevadas a cabo por estos deportistas. A la suma, este deporte de combate esta caracterizado estructuralmente por categorias de peso, lo cual alza la importancia del control fisiologico del entrenamiento en los judokas. Por lo tanto, el presente trabajo de revision posee como principal objeto recolectar los diferentes articulos cientificos sobre el perfil fisiologico del judoka, enmarcando aspectos como parametros antropometricos (% de grasa corporal), registro de Frecuencia Cardiaca (FC), consumo maximo de oxigeno (VO2max), indicadores hematologicos e indicadores electroliticos.

Abstract
The competitive judo in aspect needs a high technical, tactical, physical and psychological preparation, since each of these aspects is indispensable to support the high loads of training and competition carried out by these sportsmen. To the sum, this combative sport is characterized structurally by categories of weight which lifts the importance of the physiological control of the training in the judokas. Therefore, the present work of review possesses as principal object to gather the different scientific articles about the physiological profile of the judoka, framing aspects as parameters antropometricos (% body fat), I register of Cardiac Frequency (FC), maximum consumption of oxygen (VO2max), hematologic indicators and electrolytic indicators.
