La comunidad científica siempre está en continua evolución y las Ciencias de la Actividad Física no está exentas de estos avances. Las últimas investigaciones indican que el ejercicio aeróbico tiene impacto positivo y muy saludable sobre el cerebro (Gómez-Pinilla,Vaynman & Ying, 2008). Qué tipos de ejercicios son más convenientes para que tenga un efecto mucho más positivo para el cerebro y la memoria es un nuevo campo de investigación en edades infantiles.

Abstract
The scientific community is always evolving and thePhysical Activity Sciences are not exempt this from these advances. The most recent investigations indicate that aerobic exercise has a positive and very healthy impact on the brain (Gomez-Pinilla, Vaynman & Ying,2008). Which types of exercise are more suitable for amore positive effect on the brain and memory is a new field of investigation in children.
