El objetivo de este artículo, centrado en los procesos de enseñanza/aprendizaje de un docente inexperto de Educación Física, es reflejar la manera en que las experiencias y convicciones personales del educador contribuyen tanto al desarrollo de su identidad profesional como a su formación permanente. Metodológicamente se han empleado los relatos autobiográficos (en forma de diario de clases e historia de vida) como instrumentos facilitadores de la toma de conciencia e introspección de la propia práctica pedagógica. La conclusión a la que llegamos es clara: el proceso reflexivo emprendido por el docente le ayuda a cuestionarse y transformar el enfoque de la asignatura que imparte, ayudándole a descubrir nuevas maneras de abordar la práctica que procura encarnar y dotar de significado.

Abstract
This article focuses on the teaching/learning processes of a novice PE teacher. It aims to show how personal experience and beliefs contribute to the development of both his professional identity and continuing formation. From a methodological point of view, autobiographical accounts (through class diaries and life history) are used as instruments to help introspection into the pedagogical practice. The conclusion is clear: reflexive processes question and transform the approach to Physical Education, thus reinforcing a new understanding of the teaching practice.
